There is a program called Pilates on the Ball, devloped by SPRI, this program is a combination of the mat exercises along with the SPRI Xercise Ball, using principles of balance and stablity. Instructed by Melissa Walker, you will have what you need to add a greater dimension to your Pilates workout.
